Twin City C joins the portfolio of Prvý realitný fond IAD Investments

The transaction, through which the Twin City C office building was acquired for the portfolio of Prvý realitný fond IAD Investments, was successfully completed on 18 August 2026.

The modern office building, with approximately 24,400 m² of lettable space, is located in one of Bratislava’s most prominent business districts and forms part of the Twin City complex.
