Andrea Homolová

​​​Andrea Homolová is a Senior Associate at BDO Legal with more than ten years of experience advising domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts and general corporate law matters.  ​

Her transactional work includes legal due diligence, the review and preparation of transaction documentation and support throughout acquisition and restructuring processes. She assesses corporate and contractual arrangements, identifies material legal risks and advises clients on practical solutions reflecting both the legal requirements and commercial objectives of the transaction. 

Andrea also provides ongoing corporate and commercial advice, including support with internal reorganisations, corporate governance matters and the preparation and review of complex commercial agreements. Her experience enables her to consider individual contractual issues in the wider context of the client’s ownership structure, operations and long-term business plans.  ​She has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, automotive, manufacturing and real estate. Her work frequently involves matters requiring the coordination of transactional, corporate and sector-specific legal considerations. 

Within BDO Legal’s Commercial, Corporate and M&A practice, Andrea plays an important role in the delivery of acquisition, restructuring and corporate advisory mandates. She works closely with the partners leading the matters and contributes to the legal analysis, due diligence and documentation required for their successful implementation.  ​

Before joining BDO Legal, Andrea worked as an attorney-at-law and previously as a junior associate at several established law firms. She is admitted to the Slovak Bar Association and advises clients in Slovak and English.​​
