
Natália is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the professional services sector, currently serving as HR Manager at BDO Slovak Republic. She is responsible for managing the full HR agenda and supporting business leaders in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Over the course of her career, Natália has held various HR roles in international consulting firms, including EY and Mazars. In these positions, she was in charge of a wide range of HR activities, closely cooperating with management and other departments to align people initiatives with business objectives and to support the growth of the organisation.
Natália combines her HR expertise with a solid analytical and financial background. She actively leverages her knowledge of finance and business to approach HR in a data-informed and strategic way, contributing to effective decision-making and long-term people management solutions.
