Through a detailed review, we successfully eliminated deficiencies, stabilised accounting processes and reduced operational risks.

Effective communication and close cooperation with the client’s administrative team proved to be key success factors. Together, we redesigned document processing procedures to make workflows faster, more transparent and less prone to errors.
We implemented the BDO Portal as a secure platform for sharing and managing accounting documents. This provided the client with greater transparency, real-time visibility of processing status and immediate access to important information.
At the same time, we introduced a clear framework of responsibilities that improved the transparency of the entire accounting cycle.
