Patrik is a senior member of the BDO Legal team, advising oncorporate and M&A matters, real estate transactions, companytransformations and corporate restructurings, with additionalexperience in litigation and cross-border matters. ​

Patrik has over 5 years of legal experience in corporate law, with amain focus on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and realestate transactions. He has advised clients on a range of complexprojects across the Central Europe region, including cross-borderrestructurings, real estate developments, investment structuring andregulatory compliance. ​

Patrik regularly supports clients on transaction structuring andimplementation of corporate projects, providing practical legal advicethroughout all phases of the deal lifecycle. ​

Patrik is fluent in Slovak and English. ​

He is a Slovak certified Attorney at Law.​
