Gabriela is a partner at BDO Legal, where she primarily practices in the areas of financial, commercial, and corporate law, specializing in securities, finance, real estate development, greenfield projects, and healthcare. In her practice, she focuses on legal advice in the areas of capital markets, investment instruments, and financial services regulation

Before joining the BDO Legal team, Gabriela worked for more than 20 years at her own law firm (as counsel to a holding company). During her time as an attorney, she also served as a project manager for the extensive modernization and construction of a ski resort. In this role, she gained experience in project management and leading pecialized teams.
