Božena Nenovská

Božena Nenovská is a Senior Associate at BDO Legal, where she advises on real estate, commercial and corporate law matters, as well as related compliance requirements.

Her real estate practice focuses primarily on transfers of property and the associated corporate and contractual aspects of transactions. She supports clients in preparing and reviewing the legal documentation required for real estate acquisitions and disposals and in addressing ownership and corporate-law issues connected with property investments.

Božena also advises companies on corporate governance and compliance matters that may arise in connection with real estate ownership and transactions. Her experience includes data protection, internal policies and processes, AML and whistleblowing requirements, as well as matters relating to the Slovak Register of Public Sector Partners.

This combination of real estate, corporate and compliance expertise enables her to support the team on matters where a property transaction must be considered together with the client’s ownership structure and wider regulatory obligations.

Božena joined BDO Legal in May 2025. She has been admitted to the Slovak Bar Association since 2023.
