Beáta Dudášová

Beáta Dudášová is a Senior Associate at BDO Legal advising domestic and international clients on real estate, construction, administrative, commercial and corporate law matters.

Her practice focuses on legal issues arising in real estate transactions and development projects, including the corporate and contractual structuring of investments, M&A-related matters and administrative-law aspects relevant to the preparation and implementation of projects. She also supports clients in navigating the interaction between property, construction and corporate requirements.

Beáta has contributed to a range of mandates for both Slovak and international clients, providing legal advice tailored to the commercial and operational context of their real estate investments. Within BDO Legal’s Real Estate practice, she works closely with the partners and other members of the team on transactional, development and regulatory workstreams.

She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava and is admitted to the Slovak Bar Association.
