Break the bias - International Women's Day

OUR REPORT: As every year, on the occasion of International Women's Day, BDO launches a global report. This year's central theme is #breakthebias#breakthebias. The report includes insights on the topic itself, supplemented by a number of really interesting interviews with BDO women around the globe, sharing their views and explaining how they have overcome bias, both in their personal and working lives.

Where would we be as an organisation if these women, and all our female talents, did not #BreakTheBias and challenge themselves to be leaders in BDO and in the communities they work in? We must do better in recognising the talents of all our people and in helping them to develop their full potential. This is not only the right thing to do – it is also the smart thing to do, as an organisation rich in diversity will do better. Throughout our organisation, we must create a much easier path for all our people to grow, both now and in the future.

Today we honour all the amazing women at BDO - and this year, none more so than our colleagues of BDO in Ukraine and BDO Centres.

"Let’s recognise our people as the biggest asset in our organisation, create equal opportunities for all and #BreakTheBias", said Keith Farlinger, BDO´s Global CEO.
