Who we are looking for

  • Technological advancements are changing the way the consulting industry operates. These changes also affect the legal profession, which is typically characterized by a conservative approach.
  • We are a modern law firm and, at the same time, part of the interdisciplinary international consulting network BDO, which provides audit, tax, accounting, legal, and advisory services.

  • We are looking for a legal intern (also suitable for recent graduates) to join our expanding team, who is interested in completing their legal internship and collaborating with colleagues from other departments.

  • With us, you can specialize in various areas of law and gain experience in other industries, which will eventually give you a comprehensive understanding of various legal, business, and economic issues and the needs of our clients.

Job descriptions and responsibilities

  • Providing legal services to Slovak and foreign clients, particularly in the areas of commercial law (contract law, corporate law, and M&A), construction law and real estate development, technology law, energy law, as well as general civil law (substantive and procedural, including representing clients before courts and other public authorities), labor law, intellectual property law, and data protection—all in accordance with the instructions and under the guidance of a specific attorney acting as a mentor, in compliance with Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on the Legal Profession, as amended.

Don't let yourself be replaced by AI; develop your career as a modern lawyer—one that will remain in demand well into the future.
