Andrej Kováč

Andrej is a senior member of the BDO Legal team, advising on corporate and M&A matters, company transformations and corporate restructurings, and also construction contracts with additional experience in litigation, real estate transactions, tax law and compliance.

Andrej has over 7 years of legal experience in corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transformations and restructurings, tax law and compliance. He has advised clients on a range of complex matters, including corporate transactions and reorganisations, tax and regulatory matters, construction contracts and related disputes, as well as real estate transactions.

Andrej regularly supports clients on transaction structuring, corporate projects, as well as construction projects, providing practical legal advice throughout all stages of their implementation.

Andrej is fluent in Slovak and English.

He is a Slovak certified Attorney at Law.
